The Potluck (a play-reading series)

Since the summer of 2006, Heidi has run the Potluck, a monthly play-reading series, from her living room in Astoria, Queens.  It's called the Potluck because each reading is also a potluck. The Potluck serves as a resource for playwrights who have a play that they need to hear out loud, and want to hear it in a low-pressure, supportive setting.  Actors, writers, friends and neighbors gather once a month, read a play, and enjoy good food, wine, and conversation.
